- How to remove Babylon Search?
Somehow I ended up having Babylon Search as default. Even after Program ->Remove, it stayed in the Firefox setting. In order to get rid of it, Here is another one: Type address "about:config". Hit return. You get a warning.  Go to the line "browser.newtab.url" and right click on it to "Reset". Restart Firefox.   The following I found on Mozilla help did not fix but is interesting in that it is using sqllite for setting: you need to edit Sqlite file at c:\Users\(you)\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\wncgupgg.default\chromeappsstore.sqlite.(Windows 7). Here is the details. http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/779082#answer-187996
