How can I export to CSV preserving all info in date and time?

When you put DateTime in Excel, you only see min:sec.0 shows up as default under Excel 2007. If you export this into CSV, you don't get any date information. In order to avoid this, you have to specify the custom format as "m/d/yyyy h:mm:ss" to get all the info exported to CSV. (Note that the sample does not have the sec and thus you have to enter.)
